Deleting your account

You can delete your Avtivka account in the app at any time — together with your cars, entries and photos.
How to delete it in the app
- On the home screen, open your Profile — the button in the top right corner.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap “Delete account”, then “Continue”.
- Confirm it’s you: enter your password or sign in with Google or Apple once more.
- Tap “Delete for good”.

When the data is gone for good
Right after deletion, your profile, cars, entries and photos disappear from the app on every device.
For 30 days the account can be restored — just sign in again the same way as before. Access to other people’s cars you were invited to won’t come back.
After 30 days we erase everything for good — from the backups on the server too.
Can’t open the app?
Enter your account email on the deletion page and we’ll send a link to confirm. The same rules apply as in the app.
No email? Write to [email protected] from the address the account is registered with.
